Gentle (self) accountability is the ultimate type of self-care and self-love and it's never too early to start this practice.

Though most accountability or guided journals focus on goals, this book, 30 Days of Gentle Accountability: TEENS, gives YOU, as a young person, the opportunity to be accountable to yourself first as your ultimate and overarching goal!

Yes, young people can have goals but during their formative years, my goal as the creator of this book is to provide you with a tool that allows you to engage in and focus on personal development and self-love which will help lay the foundation for everything else that you may want to accomplish in life now and in the future.

This guide is unique because it allows you to start anytime, take breaks if you need to and the prompts help to guide you on your unique personal accountability practice.

It can be used in the morning, evening or ultimately, throughout the day.

Also, this book contains beautiful photographs of teens from all backgrounds and communities so that hopefully, each young person who has this book will feel that people who look like them are represented and know that this book was created with them in mind!
