This journal includes 30 days of reflective prompts and guidance written by author NaKeesa Frazier-Jennings.

This accountability journal is based on NaKeesa's first collection of books, 100 Days of Gentle Accountability, which was written with adults in mind and released in 2024.

That series inspired and led to the creation of this book that includes 30 days of prompts best suited for kids!

An accountability journal typically helps people to track their goals, and NaKeesa wants people of all ages to do that while still being gentle with themselves.

Kids/youth will be able to use this version of the book as a self-care tool and resource to focus not on goals in the traditional sense, but rather on themselves.

Prompts ask them to explore how they feel, what they learned, what they are proud about, how they set boundaries and more!

The photography in this book was included intentionally with the purpose of giving the owner of the book an opportunity to see amazing, artistic imagery, as well as see portrait art of children across various communities, colors, backgrounds and races.

It is NaKeesa's hope that young people will find this tool useful by focusing on and writing out their thoughts however often feels right for them.

This is a DIGITAL COPY of the book.
