This journal includes 100 days of relfective prompts and guidance from NaKeesa Frazier-Jennings, a Black woman, created for Black women.
We must be accountable to ourselves first and this accountability journal was designed to help you track your goals regarding centering your needs, prioritizing self-care and self-love while simulatenously being gentle and reflective with yourself in the process. The journey that you will go on while utilizing this journal as a resource should help you to take your self-care practice to another level whether you already practice self-care on a regular basis or if you are just beginning your self-care journey.
You can start the journal on any day that you like, take breaks whenever you need to and you do not have to have something to write in each section each day.
It is meant to allow you a few minutes to center yourself and your needs whenever you decide to write an entry.
